If the order was shipped to you, we will email you a Return Authorization. Return Authorizations are only valid for 14 days. It is your responsibility to pay the return freight charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proof of delivery for the returned goods. Goods that are shipped freight on or receiver to pay will be rejected.
