Click & Collect:
Our Click & Collect location is Paddy’s Markets Flemington on Friday or Sunday.
Collection details:
Friday: 10am to 2pm - Stand 658 near door 6
or
Sunday: 8am to 4pm - Stand 966 near door 3.
You will receive a call &/or email that your order is ready for collection. We will arrange with you which Friday or Sunday you would like to collection your order. You would need to provide to us proof of purchase (copy of invoice) & your identity (photo ID) to be sighted.
Preparing Order for Dispatch:
Allow up to 7 days for your order to be picked, packed & ready for dispatch. If there are any delays you will be informed within these times.
Special Orders:
Allow up to 14 days for your order to be ready for dispatch. If there are any delays you will be informed within these times.
Australia Wide only:
We supply & ship all our products Australia Wide. Additional freight charges do apply. When requesting a quote with the order being shipped, you would need to provide as a minimum detail of your Postal/Zip Code & Country. This will assist in the calculation for the shipment fee for your order. If you intend to have your order shipped to a PO Box address, please add that detail to Street Address as not all couriers are able to deliver to a PO Box location.
We use various couriers & as a general guide your order can arrive:
- 4 – 7 business days for delivery to metro locations
- 7 – 14 business for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland & Northern Territory.
Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. Please ensure that the delivery address that you provide has someone present weekdays during normal business hours. Usually if delivery cannot be made the couriers will leave a note to either inform you of another delivery day or that you need to pick up your order from there depot. If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any additional delivery fees incurred.
Overseas Orders:
Additional freight charges do apply. Freight charges are based on parcel dimensions, weight & may incur other charges like duty/tax. When requesting a quote, you would need to provide full details of location to ship to & items that you like to purchase so that we can advise freight costs.
